did it again...

... brought work home with me. not sure why i do. sometimes i think, "well, maybe i'll spend like an hour or so when i get home..." yeah, not! i've been so stressed out, i mean, like more than ever before. we're prepping for this customer site visit, and i am trying to do my best so it doesn't look like we have egg all over our faces due to, well, the lack of attention to this customer's complaints. i realize that maybe not all the complaints are "real" problems, but as a support and service function, every issue should be looked at. anyhow, one step, one thing, at a time, while still trying to save face.

now trying to wind down, i hope i can get some restful sleep, tomorrow is another day to tackle this stuff.
