travel and blogs.

So, my friend Jimmy has this cool blogging design, where he is able to blog and attach pictures rather easily. I know my blog system can do it, but it seems a bit time consuming. I am going to look into migrating to another system. Or maybe create a travel blog, I am not sure what i want to do, but I want to do something to streamline my blogs.

television drama.

I use to watch a lot of JAG, the show on CBS. I mean there was something about the Navy that just intrigued me, plus the drama between the characters I always enjoyed watching. I liked Clayton Webb, the mystery CIA agent. And of course the big question woven throughout the seasons, "would Mac and Harm get together?" I've not kept up the past few seasons, but I still enjoy tuning back into the show. Thank goodness for re-runs. =).

looking into the sunset.

Okay, I haven't figured this out yet, how does one surf in the late afternoon / evening on the west coast and not get blinded by the sunset? Either I can't do it and need to always surf in the morning, or I have to get some sort of water proof sunglasses/googles. I could see very well paddling into the water, then got held down pretty long in the "washing machine", and was tired and exited. If I were to guesstimate, I was in the water for like 20 minutes, definitely have to build up endurance.

Anyhow, I'll be getting surf lessons next week while chilling in Costa Rica at Witch's Rock Surf Camp, Tamarindo, Costa Rica! Yaaayeee!

working early AM.

I don't know how folks can sustain working the late night to early morning shifts, as I am my last day of four days working from 11pm - 7am. It is rough, by 2am your body wants to sleep. By 7am you really have no clue what time it is besides the fact your watch says 7am. Fortunately the car is parked close, but don't even think about running errands, because you may not end up with what your suppose to get. (Oh, and I have a tendancy to seriously talk in circles when I work these crazy shifts).

24 hours to recover then back at work 7am Monday morning... can't wait until this special project is over.
