Life is like a puzzle...

... well, at least my perspective from this weekend. I say this positively. I have heard a number of analogies for us to understand God's plan for our lives, where our perspective is usually limited by our own understanding. I would like to think of another analogy, we see our lives like pieces to a puzzle, thinking our lives are a mess, not knowing what is to come next. But the Lord, see, he has a majestic picture to build with all those pieces. I am slowly seeing some of the pieces coming together.

If I may, I want to share a number of pieces that are now taking shape to part of this picture God has for my life. One piece is my heart for missions work, another piece was attending Urbana 03, another is the Ambassadors In Sports and their soccer ministry, then the novice women's soccer league I am playing in on Saturdays and the most recent piece has been building a relationship with one of my teammates.

See, one of my teammates works for a mission's organization think-tank of sorts. She was also an exhibitor at Urbana. Amazing! How did the Lord know... why even question. Just need to realize that God placed me on her team. To do what, not sure, but at least to fellowship with her. God is amazing, revealing more everyday.
Thanks Lord, awaiting excitedly for your plans in my life.
