Around the world, and then some...
So a few weeks ago, I finally got home from a trip. My trip was good, but way long and pretty busy.... round the world and then some.... so, i left LA for London; London to Dubai; was in Dubai for 6 days for work -- including experinces the beginning days of Ramadan; flew from Dubai to Singapore -- hung out for two days, saw the sunrise over Sentosa Island, went diving with the sharks in an aqaurium, and saw the night safari; Singapore to Tokyo; Tokyo to home (LA). Was home for less than three days, then off to DC for a support effort for another customer... thoroughly jet lagged, i got to hang out with Giff and my cousin Jen in DC =) and see Jen's induction into Americorps NCCC. From DC to San Jose, spending a day and a half with a special friend, staying at my Uncle's, seeing my Aunt Sue and Uncle Jack, and going to a church in San Jose where I met an old friend from my home church; then back to LA. Whew!!!
